Style 101: Trending Now-Jewel Tones

Who says the winter season means you have to wear typical cold weather colors like black, grey, and brown? Not to say that neutrals aren’t trending right now (thanks to Kim K. and the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan), but who doesn’t love a little color in their life? I know I do-and to be quite honest, I probably only own three black pieces-a dress, a pair of jeans, and a blazer. Now that we’ve gotten neutrals out of the way, it’s time for the fun stuff now! I am just as obsessed with jewel tones this year as I was last year, and the year before, etc. There’s just something about those gorgeous emeralds, rubies (which is my birthstone-so obviously my fav), and sapphires.
